how to wear an ugly sweater

 

I am a HUGE fan of hideous sweaters. Their originality is so attractive and not a ton of teenagers buy them these days. I would personally never wear an ugly sweater with jeans (MAYBE colored jeans but it would depend on the sweater), especially this one. Of course, ugly sweaters draw attention, and I don't want my sweater to obnoxiously stand out. So with this I put a beanie, earrings, a skirt, and boots with it to make it a little more dressed up. I usually don't wear skirts like this, either, unless I'm wearing a sweater.
Sweater + skirt = YES.
Oh...and guys can pull off ugly sweaters, too. This sweater is pretty ugly and he makes it work for the most part (http://lookbook.nu/look/3064259-Caramel-chains).
